Order Cancellation
You may cancel your Alcoban Plus order before it is dispatched for shipping. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, processing typically begins within 6 hours of order placement, as orders are processed through our delivery partners promptly. To cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately at info@alcobanplus.com or call us at +91-9111006691. If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible and the return process will need to be initiated instead.
Return Policy
We accept returns of Alcoban Plus under the following conditions: • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery. • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. • The product is not damaged due to customer mishandling. Returns are NOT accepted in the following cases: • Opened or partially used bottles. • Products tampered with or with broken seals. • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery. • Dissatisfaction due to expected results not being achieved (as efficacy varies per individual). To initiate a return, please contact us with your order ID, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs if applicable.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved: • For online payments: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method (UPI, card, or bank account). • For COD orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI. You will be required to share your bank account or UPI details. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with: • Your order ID • Photographs or video evidence of the damaged/defective product • Description of the issue We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. We take quality very seriously and will investigate all reported defects promptly.
Delivery Timeline
Domestic orders (within India) are typically delivered within 5–7 business days after order confirmation. International orders may take 7–14 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance. Tracking information will be shared via SMS/email once your order is dispatched. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of ordering.
