These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy, are binding as per the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, formulated under the Information Technology Act of 2000. References to "you" or "User" mean the end user accessing the Website; "Alcoban Plus" refers to the ayurvedic drops product manufactured and sold by Saptarishi Enterprises.

Alcoban Plus is a Proprietary Ayurvedic Medicine formulated to assist in reducing cravings associated with alcohol, tobacco, and other substance habits. The product is colorless, odorless, and tasteless, and is intended to be mixed in food or drinks as part of a 60-day course. Alcoban Plus is manufactured under licence in compliance with applicable Ayurvedic drug regulations. The product is NOT a substitute for professional medical treatment, psychiatric counseling, or rehabilitation therapy. Individual results may vary. The product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition as classified under the Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940.

Use of the Website and purchase of Alcoban Plus is offered to you conditioned on acceptance without modification of all terms, conditions and notices contained herein. www.alcobanplus.com at its sole discretion reserves the right to refuse service to any User without assigning any reason thereof. Alcoban Plus is sold for personal use only and must not be resold or redistributed without prior written permission from Saptarishi Enterprises.

Alcoban Plus can be purchased through the Website via Cash on Delivery (COD), online payment (UPI, Cards, Netbanking), or international/overseas shipping options. All purchases are subject to product availability. Prices displayed on the Website are inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at the time of checkout. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice, but confirmed orders will be honoured at the price applicable at the time of order placement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your use of the Website, or the purchase of Alcoban Plus shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

Domestic orders (within India): Delivered within 5–7 business days after order confirmation. International orders: Delivered within 7–14 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
